Service Description
Experience healing and growth through our Equine Assisted Therapy sessions at Finding Clarity. Our sessions are tailored to the needs of each client and can involve a variety of activities such as horse handling, art therapy, IFS and mindfulness. With our herd of gentle and intuitive horses, you will learn to connect with yourself and nature in a unique and meaningful way. Each session is 45 - 55 minutes long and takes place in the paddock with our herd. Activities that may take place may include (but not limited to): - grounding and mindfulness - observing the horses - engaging with the horses at liberty - catching horses - grooming horses - creating obstacles to overcome with the horses - art with the horses Each session is different and is designed to be led by what you bring that day, as well as what the horses bring to the session. Our horses are never forced to engage, but rather we trust the process of the therapeutic experience and keep a curious perspective as we enter their world. Cancellation Policy
Finding Clarity Equine Assisted Therapy requires 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. If less than 48 hours notice is given, depending on circumstance, the full cost of the session will be charged. A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. In the circumstance where a deposit is required, the deposit is non-refundable and will be lost at time of cancellation.
