Power in the Paddock
Part II
You have experienced the space you take up.
Now it's time to discover the place where
boundaries & connection meet.
Join an intimate group of women for a sunset of stillness, self-awareness & connection - guided by the powerful presence of the horse - as we relearn how to take up space in this world, again.
Let's continue this journey, together.
It is time to continue our journey...
Power in the Paddock: part II is for women who are ready to reclaim their quiet strength, within connection.
It’s for the woman who wants to feel rooted in her body, clear in her boundaries, and connected in her relationships—without needing to raise her voice to be heard.
It’s for the cycle breakers: the women who are ready to shift old patterns, take off their armour, and clothe themselves in strength.
If you’ve been giving so much of yourself to others that you’ve lost sight of you…
If you’re craving stillness, honesty, and space to reconnect with who you are…
If you're wanting connection without having to lose yourself...
If you’re ready to take up space—fully, gently, and unapologetically...
This space was made for you.
Come as you are. Leave as more of who you are.

What To Expect
Power in the Paddock part II is a restorative and empowering afternoon of reflection, connection, and embodied self-discovery—guided by a qualified counsellor and supported by the honest, grounding presence of horses. This is the continued journey of embracing who you are, without sacrificing our human need for connection.
This isn’t about learning to ride or train.
It’s about learning to listen.
To your body - & theirs.
To your boundaries - & theirs
To what feels true, safe, and real—for you & them.
This is relearning connection - together.
You’ll be gently guided through:
Nervous system awareness – Learn to recognise what safety and stress feel like in your body, how to return to your sense of calm & how to notice another.
Embodied presence – Explore how you show up in the moment, and how to stay connected to yourself whilst in connection with others.
Equine-assisted therapy – Connect with horses as mirrors and teachers as we explore boundaries, awareness, and how you take up space in the world.
This is a space where insight meets embodiment—
Where healing doesn’t mean pushing harder, but softening deeper into your truth.

Meet Your Facilitator
Brittany is the founder of Finding Clarity Counselling—and the heart behind Power in the Paddock.
With a history of making herself small to not be "too much", Brittany sought how to take up space in the world again. Not aligning with the mainstream narrative of what it meant to be a "strong, independent woman," she longed for deep connection—without having to shrink herself or raise her voice to be heard.
It was the horses who showed her how.
Through her own journey, the herd became her teachers—guiding her to take up space without sacrificing her softness.
They modelled quiet strength, clear communication, and taking up space without needing to justify it.
Brittany brings this same grounded presence into her work.
With finely tuned skills in nervous system tracking, relational attunement, and equine-assisted therapy, she creates a space that is deeply safe, authentic, and honest.
A space where you can be seen, challenged, and curious.
Where you can begin to unlearn your walls, and relearn your boundaries.
Where you can explore how you show up—and how you might show up differently, without losing yourself in the process.
As you step out of the paddock...
Leave with a newfound presence in connection.
With permission - to take up space, move your feet and soften the armour you've been carrying as you clothe yourself in a new strength & courage in connection.
Walk with clarity & curiosity in both your mind & your body.
A felt sense of who you are, how you connect, and where your space meets theirs.
You’ll carry:
-
A softer nervous system, grounded and calm
-
Awareness of self & other
-
Stronger boundaries, shaped from within
-
A deeper trust in your own quiet, feminine power—the kind that invites connection, not control
This experience isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to the truth of who you are—and giving her room to breathe.
Step out of the paddock & into your presence.

Your Experience, Preserved
with Tara O'Hehir from Archives of Kin (AOK)
This retreat is not just something you’ll feel—it’s something you’ll remember.
Throughout the afternoon, your time in the paddock will be gently and respectfully documented by Tara O'Hehir, the founder of Archives of Kin Photography (AOK).
Tara is a grounded, deeply attuned photographer who sees her work as more than imagery—she sees it as preservation. Tara creates museum-quality artworks that bring you back to the embodied experience of the moment.
With Tara behind the lens, this experience becomes a living archive—allowing you to witness your own journey:
How your body softens.
How your eyes settle.
How your presence changes as you step more fully into yourself.
As part of your experience, you'll receive 1:1 time with Tara to document your experience in the paddock, as well as a 8x12 fine art print of your choice—museum-grade quality, hand-selected by you - all included!
A tangible reminder of the version of you that came home to herself in the paddock.
This generous inclusion—valued over $500—is a therapeutic offering in itself.
Not just a photo, but a moment in time where you remembered who you are, and how much space you take up.
