Community Groups
Join us for Pilates in the Paddock — a gentle and grounding Pilates experience held in the presence of our therapy herd.
A space intentionally created for you to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement.
These intimate sessions invite you into a slower rhythm, where Pilates becomes a pathway to nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and strength built from within. Guided by Melinda, certified Pilates instructor and founder of Body Heart Alchemy, each session is grounded in intentional movement that supports core and glute strength, improves mobility and flexibility, and encourages a deeper connection to the body.
Sessions are inclusive and adaptable, welcoming all levels and inviting you to move in a way that feels supportive and true for you.
Alongside the horses, you are offered a unique opportunity to move in relationship — noticing how your body responds, how you hold yourself, and how presence and regulation can be felt and embodied. The horses act as quiet co-regulators and teachers, holding space without expectation and offering a calm, grounding presence as you move.
This is not about performance or perfection.
It is about coming home to your body, cultivating strength with awareness, and finding calm in connection — with yourself, with nature, and with the herd.
Come and join us for our school holiday programs!
These small groups are a unique and engaging way to support your child during their holiday break. Engaging in this program promises building of boundaries, teamwork, social connection, self awareness and emotional regulation.
These days incorporate art therapy, equine therapy and tailored activities for your child in a supportive, safe and inclusive experience for the whole group.
