School Holiday Program
Does your child struggle to slow down, connect, or regulate big emotions?
Do they find social situations tricky, or need extra support with confidence and boundaries?
Would they benefit from time outdoors, away from screens, building connection in a calm screen free and supportive environment?
Our School Holiday Program offers a unique, nature-based experience where children are supported to build confidence, emotional awareness, and connection — all alongside the calming presence of horses.
Come and join us for our School Holiday Program!
These small-group programs are a unique and engaging way to support your child during their holiday break. Through carefully facilitated experiences, children are supported to develop:
-
Emotional regulation
-
Self-awareness
-
Confidence and boundaries
-
Social connection and teamwork
Each session incorporates equine-assisted therapy, art-based activities, and tailored group experiences, all designed to meet children where they are in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
This program offers children the opportunity to unplug from technology and reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural world — embracing childhood through movement, creativity, and meaningful connection.
All sessions are ground-based (no riding) and held outdoors, supporting regulation and sensory integration through nature and the calming presence of the horses.

What To Expect
Our School Holiday Program offers a personal, empowering space where your child is supported to learn, grow, and develop a renewed sense of confidence and presence through connection.
Each program is thoughtfully designed to meet children where they are, with a strong focus on safety, inclusion, and relational connection throughout the day.
Your child will be gently guided through:
Nervous System Awareness – Learning to recognise what safety and stress feel like in their body, and developing simple, practical ways to return to a sense of calm and regulation.
Teamwork & Social Connection – Exploring how to stay present in group settings, build healthy relationships, and support one another through shared experiences.
Equine-Assisted therapy – Connecting with horses as mirrors and teachers, while exploring boundaries, awareness, non-verbal communication, emotional attunement, and authentic connection.
This program offers children the opportunity to develop healthy boundaries, social skills, and emotional regulation — all while experiencing nature and play in a whole new way. The environment is intentionally designed to support each child to leave feeling grounded, connected, and with a renewed sense of confidence and presence.

Seasonal Overview
This School Holiday Program is designed to run from Summer through to Spring, with each holiday building upon the last. The intention is to gently deepen focus and skills across the year, supporting your child’s developing emotional regulation, confidence, and relational awareness in a meaningful and connected way.
Each seasonal program stands alone, while also offering continuity and growth for children who attend multiple sessions.
Summer - Foundations & Connection:
Our Summer program focuses on getting to know each child as an individual and as part of the group. Children are introduced to the herd while beginning to build personal and shared resources that support emotional regulation, safety, and connection — both individually and as a team.
Autumn - Awareness & Boundaries:
Building on our Summer foundations, the Autumn program supports children to notice shifts within themselves and within the group. We explore how to support one another as individuals and as a herd, while learning about healthy boundaries — both our own and those of the horses.
Winter - Confidence & Regulation:
In Winter, children are supported to actively use the tools and resources they have developed. As a team, they deepen their relationship with the horses, strengthening confidence, regulation skills, and trust through shared experiences.
Spring - Integration & Growth:
With a deeper understanding of emotional regulation, boundaries, and attunement, the Spring program brings everything together. This final program supports children to integrate their learning as individuals and as a group, experiencing deeper, safer, and more connected interactions with the horses and each other — grounded in confidence and self-awareness.

Your Experience, Preserved
with Tara O'Hehir from Archives of Kin (AOK)
Your child's journey & growth, deserve to be remembered.
During certain parts of the program, your child's journey will be gently and respectfully documented by Tara O'Heir, the founder of Archives of Kin Photography (AOK).
Tara is a grounded, deeply attuned photographer who sees her work as more than imagery—she sees it as preservation. Tara specialises in photographing children and creates museum-quality artworks that support your child back the embodied experience of what they discovered in the paddock. These moments are also a treasure for parents as you have your child's journey preserved as they grow throughout the seasons.
With Tara behind the lens, this experience becomes a living archive—allowing you to witness your child's journey:
As part of this program, your child will receive 1:1 time with Tara, as well as one 8x12 fine art print of your choice—museum-grade quality, hand-selected by you and your child.
A tangible reminder of what they learnt throughout the program.
This generous inclusion—valued at $200—is a therapeutic offering in itself.
Not just a photo, but a moment in time where your child bloomed.
